[Decapod] All-hands meeting August 5-7, Toronto

Hello everyone,

There will be a Decapod All-Hands meeting in Toronto from August 5 to 7.

Day 1:

    * 8:30am Breakfast
    * 9:30am - 12pm Workflow discussion and answering questions from this
wiki page ( Decapod Workflow )
    * 12pm - 1:30pm Lunch (@ Pho Hung?)
    * 1:30pm - 4pm Use Cases (John)
    * 6pm - Dinner

Day 2:

    * 8:30am Breakfast
    * 9am - 10:30am Design discussion and brainstorming - design iterations,
prototype testing, current design and wireframes (Jonathan)
    * 10:30am - 12:30pm Decapod API and backend development (Thomas)
    * 12:30pm - 2:00pm Lunch (St. Louis Bar & Grill?)
    * 2pm - 4:30pm Decapod UI development workshop pt. 1

Day 3:

    * 8:30am Breakfast
    * 9am - 12pm Decapod UI development workshop pt. 2
    * 12pm - 1:30pm Lunch (location?)
    * 1:30pm - 3pm Decapod Accessibility and Beyond (Jess? Jutta?)
    * 3pm - END
