[FE Design] Artifacts' tagging

No that is probably our bad.  Thanks for asking!

Artifact name gets an x for museum context, and not visitor context,  
because it is a museum-generated and museum-managed piece of  
information.

hmm, so maybe they should read "museum generated" and "visitor  
generated"?.... :)
