[FE Design] Artifacts' tagging

Hi All,

Just made a big update on the chart on the Artifact's tagging page.  Tona
and I talked about it, and this seems like a better way for us to aggregate
this data.  There's still a little more research to be done, to make sure we
have got a comprehensive list, but all in time :)
