[FE Design] Artifacts' tagging

Hello all,

As commented on the last design meeting, there's available a new page on the
wiki about Artifacts' tagging (
http://wiki.fluidproject.org/display/fluid/Artifacts%27+tagging). The goal
of this page is to provide a general map of artifact's tagging starting from
specific examples, to get a more general vision.

As you will see, this page is now a first draft, and we are working to
complete its information. Alistair and I are working on the tagging from
McCord. From Vancouver, they'll add information about tagging on the MMI. In
the next future, the amazing research Alison is doing with the DIA combined
with the dialogs started, will surely allow us to join information about
tagging in this museum.

All of you are invited to add new information, modify the existing one or
send comments and opinions. Sure you know other interesting references. All
information is wellcome.
