Custom Builder:

Prevent auto-unchecking from unchecking the dependencies for files  
which are still checked

Render all modules if no group specified

Will be working with Laurel as she takes on more the of the JS side of  
the builder.

Build Server:

Upgrade Build Server

Research possible build servers
http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLUID-3019

Will be presenting a list of possible candidates for the build server  
to Jamon and others.

Artifact component

Need to spend more time looking at this before I can write good jira  
tasks. Will be working with Armin and Michelle, and reviewing the wire  
frames that James and Tona have developed.
