build.xml issue

Hi Colin,

I would like to get back to discussing this issue with you.

It is pretty urgent that we resolve this to get the custom build to work 
on our website. I was finding our discussion useful when you were pulled 
away for other stuff and then we didn't get back to it. I'm not sure I 
have the server admin skills to resolve the problem on the server directly.
