A (very!) drafty set of mobile wireframes

Hey all (but especially Jacob, Armin, Michelle, and Antranig),

Attached is a draft set of mobile wireframes. It's a mixed bag of the
stuff we presented at the all-hands (which is up on the wiki), and
some stuff Tona and I have been working on post-meeting. The attached
file should be thought of an incomplete picture, midway through a
draft (wireframes are generally drafty, but some of the stuff we have
in there right now doesn't even make visual sense yet).

A few of you need to know where we are and what we're thinking to
progress with your work, so this should give a partial view of things.
We'll be making a better wiki home for this stuff, and send an update
when that happens (consider this email a temporary fix till we have
that worked out).

At the moment, we're focused on screens related to artifacts view,
artifacts browsing, and some user-input stuff (tagging, commenting,
bookmarking, etc.).
