a patch for FLUID-2933

Hi all,

I've attached a patch to 
http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLUID-2933. This adds some very 
simple descriptions to the module grouping information in this file. 
This information will be used by the custom build web interface. The 
descriptions could do with a little more refinement, as the descriptions 
I entered don't really say much more than the group name already says. 
If anyone has better suggestions, that would be great.

I do need text in the description fields for the build properties 
parsing code, so I would appreciate if someone could check this in asap 
anyway.
