Continuum doesn't like directory restructuring

As far as I can tell, at least with the older version of Continuum we  
are running on the main build site, you'll have to ssh into the build  
server and delete the contents of Continuum's working copy for that  
project. It'll do the right thing from there and check out a fresh copy.

I could be missing an option there somewhere, but don't have time to  
look at it closely.
