state of infusion builder release

Hi all,

I am very very close to completing 
http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLUID-3417 which is one of the 
last few tasks before we start QA.

I have integrated the pretreatMinify step into the deploy scripts 
successfully (some testing still required and not checked in). I am 
about 60% of my way through changing the php to use the new builderBuild 
target in the infusion build scripts and anticipate being able to 
complete that fix tomorrow morning.
