Help with svn--good Windows client?

I'm one of these folks who is not so fond of Tortoise, but then I used it a loong time ago, and I hear that it's much improved. 

My favorite SVN client is SmartSVN. Although these days I just use the one that is built into Aptana for routine checkin and checkout. For branching and tagging, I use the command line.
