This is a great list! Nice work, and I'm excited to see that we're  
continuing to explore the tough and rich a11y challenges that come  
with designing rich user interfaces.

I wonder if it's easiest to start with the List Reorderer as a  
starting point to consider some of the issues about wrapping around,  
etc? I think this is a big issue, and one that will take time to get a  
handle on, but perhaps starting with List will allow us to come up  
with an approach for even better accessible ordering. What do you think?
