builder: title attributes of the module & keyboard nav.

This is exactly what I was thinking. I dont think its worth the trouble to
do an svn merge. There were only a few modifications to the rendering
structure and a single line of CSS to show those descriptions. We should get
it done today, hopefully (famous last words, right? ).
