Hey Jacob and Laurel,

Hopefully I'm understanding the issues well enough and can help  
clarify. The last revision of the Builder that still had visible  
descriptions without any kind of hover effect was r8689:

Laurel and Alison, if you check that revision out, you should be good  
for a quick AT run-through if needed. But judging by Jacob's last  
commit, the design is looking awesome and pretty stable.

The actual code to display and test these descriptions, I think, was  
removed quite recently at r8844 and r8845. For this, we can probably  
use and SVN merge to get it back. Laurel, I can help you with that  
tomorrow.

After this is done, do you have time tomorrow, Jacob, to add the  
descriptions back into your new design? I think it's probably not  
worth trying to do an SVN merge of any kind to get the markup back,  
since everything has changed a lot since then. But I imagine it's  
pretty trivial--maybe just some CSS? Maybe nothing?
