Wrapping around in ListReorderer

Hi everyone,

I am intending to work on this JIRA
http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLUID-3391

The idea is to make the wrapping around in the list reorderer configurable
since it might
confuse some users (especially blind user might find it challenging to move
an item in a
list with no end).

I tried to understand how it is done but I am lost. I did some diffs of old
code that fixed
JIRA http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLUID-1491
which fixes the wrapping issue.

There are not much comments in the code explaining what is going on and I
would be
happy for any help that points me in the right direction.

I will be in tomorrow morning to work on this for 2 or 3 hours.
