Hi Herb,

Thanks for the offer!  We've been working reorganize and tighten up  
the handbook across the board.  Some sections have gotten more  
attention than others but it would be great if you want to take a look  
at it generally.   Then, I think 2 sections that have had quite a bit  
work are Personas and User Testing if you have time to take a closer  
look at them.
