UI Options wireframes

Hi Gary,

Very nice work! The *one* thing I had a little trouble understanding
was how some of the settings in Step 2, Set Preferences related to the
template. It appears that Color Palette 1 is basically the same color
as template 1, same for Color Palette 2, and Color Palette 3 seems to
correspond to template 4. It looked at first that there were some
redundancies between those two sections, and I spent some time trying
to figure it out.

I think the templates are a great way to show people a recommended
combination of settings, but I found it a little confusing that it
seemed that you could in essence change one template to another by
just adjusting things in step 2, Set Preferences. E.g. it appears I
could create the High Visualization 1 template myself by choosing
*any* template and then selecting Color Palette 2 and a larger text
size. I wonder it would be helpful to indicate that the template is
just a starting point, almost all of which can be changed in step 2?
That's how I understand it's functionality at least.

Cheers,
Allison
