Rich text inline editing

Hello again,

Okay, just to make things more confusing, I've split the JIRA out into
a top-level task for the proof-of-concept rich text inline editor, and
subtasks for the specific changes that are needed for Inline Edit to
support it.

I've attached the proof-of-concept as a patch to the top-level JIRA
issue and also included another patch which shows only the proposed
changes to InlineEdit.js. Hopefully this will be more clear.
