RASCAL ftp transport migrating to http

As mentioned in an earlier thread, we will be moving from ftp transport for
data streaming to http streaming.  However to expedite some basic functional
verification of the screen recording, we are going to prototype using ftp
(since it's almost done) and then refactor the transport to use http
instead.  This will be the focus of the next RASCAL iteration.
