all-hands meeting planning

Dear All,

As we get closer to our all-hands meeting, I'll have more details to  
share with you.  I've created a wiki page at

This is the place where I'll be posting those details.  Coming within  
the day (I hope) is detailed information on hotel reservations.  I  
have 18 rooms reserved at a hotel that is on the BART and very close  
to Berkeley.  If you've already made arrangements at a bed and  
breakfast or other hotel no worries, but it will be financially  
beneficial and downright nice to have most folks at the same hotel.

So, if you can hold off on hotel reservations, I should have that  
information to you shortly.

Also, if you plan to attend, please list yourself on the above wiki  
page.
