Some changes to the progress indicators

Hi Justin,

I'm seeing all the changes except greater thickness in the progress bars 
- if changes were made to that they were in my view too small, I still 
find the colours a little hard to judge. I think these bars should be 
two to three times thicker than they are now. A lot of folks are using 
22"-24" screens at 1920 X 1080 now which have a tighter dot pitch and 
make something like this harder to see.
