Accessing rascal demo

Hi Herb,

The RASCAL demo is a signed Java Applet.  You are probably getting an  
alert dialog box asking you to grant permission to the applet.  You  
need to click 'Trust' in order to run this applet.

Please see attached screenshots for guidance.
