Fluid all-hand meeting is official

Folks,

The Fluid all-hands meeting will take place November 20-22nd at  
Berkeley.  This meeting will be a chance for us all to get together,  
to work together, and to have a little bit of fun together.  These are  
working meetings that will have an agenda (forthcoming) but will  
likely focus on the ambitious deliverables we have outlined for our  
0.6 release that will happen the week after this meeting.

We will have three full working days 20th, 21st, and 22nd, so you will  
likely want to fly into SFO or OAK (check both, prices vary and both  
are quite accessible) on the 19th and out on the 23rd.

I have reserved a group of rooms at a nice, very close hotel and will  
have information available soon for booking your rooms there.

Toronto folks, check in with me re: budget.

Other institutions will be covering their own staff's travel budgets.   
If you have any concerns or question about budget, please contact me  
and we will make sure something gets worked out.

It would be wonderful if folks can also confirm who will be coming --  
to me.

I'm really looking forward to seeing you all and having a few really  
productive days together.
