Uploader Technical Overview

In the process of the many improvements to the Uploader component  
pages some of the more technical information about the Uploader had  
been lost or buried.

After some discussion with Erin, I decided to make a home for that  
information on the wiki. It can now be found at:

http://wiki.fluidproject.org/display/fluid/Uploader+Technical+Overview

Having this page will allow the slightly ambiguously named Uploader  
Specification page to focus on user specifications as opposed to  
technical specifications.
