Design Patterns template on Fluid Wiki

Hi everyone.

There is now a design patterns template on the Fluid wiki. So if you
find yourself working on design patterns, please use that template to
make it nice. (Follows Gary's 2-column design).

At some point, older design patterns on the wiki will need to be
updated to make the appearance consistent.
