Pager Story Card 1

Yep, agreed.  It looks really good.  I wonder if we should create a  
new story card for styling issues?  It looks like we may want to shift  
spacing around  a bit too -- previous & next links should be closer  
together than the distance between them and the page numbers.  And I  
think we want the page links to be left aligned.  Should we create a  
storycard for visual styling and close this one out?
