Pager Story Card 1

Thanks Michelle, looks good!

One thing I noticed... :)
When you are on the first or last page, "< previous" or "next >"  
should be greyed out respectively.

and then minor styling issues..
Would be nice if the page links and the next/previous links are the  
same colour.
The page links should be left aligned so the other things can go on  
the right.
