0.4 Beta Tomorrow

Hi everyone,

Just a reminder that we'll be cutting the 0.4 beta tomorrow. Commit  
freeze is end of day today. Please ensure that commits done today keep  
the components in working order and the tests passing. I'll be doing  
some QA today but more hands are welcome. :) Note that we will not be  
creating a documentation snapshot for the beta but it would be nice if  
people could give the docs a read through since they will likely get  
some exercising once the beta is out.
