Pager Story Card 1

Hi Daphne and Erin,

We've resolved Pager Story Card 1 (FLUID-702) which was the creation  
of a simple Pager component. Can you take a look at the example on the  
build page and close the issue if it meets your expectations? http://build.fluidproject.org/ 
  Note that we also implemented Story Card 5 since it was minimal work  
and I had begun the work prior to the creation of the story cards.
