Hi Jess,

Good question. This meeting is intended as a simple check-in and  
iteration planning session for the development team, and yes, it's  
definitely an open meeting.

The duration of the dev team iterations tends to expand and contract  
based on our timelines and tasks, so this meeting is informally  
organized here on the fluid-work mailing list every week or two.
