Example of accessibility in jQuery UI

Hi everyone,

Awhile ago when I was working on the first release of Fluid's keyboard
accessibility plugin for jQuery, I created an example of how to use it
with the jQuery UI Tabs widget.

Thanks to help from David Bolter, we've now got a fully functioning
example of how ARIA and keyboard navigation can be added to jQuery:

http://source.fluidproject.org/svn/fluid/components/trunk/src/webapp/sample-code/keyboard-a11y/jquery-ui-tabs/jquery-ui-accessible-tabs.js

This accessible tabs example ships in the Infusion bundle as sample
code, but we're sharing this back with the jQuery community as a
starting point in helping them add accessibility support to their
widget set.

David, thanks so much for contributing your ARIA expertise to this
example. You rule!

Colin
