Wiki pages for the Uploader

Erin, it looks like the "Upload" page is a child of the "Open Source  
Design Pattern Library" page, and is a design pattern.

The "Uploader" page is the entry page for the Fluid Uplaoder component.

I don't believe these two pages should be merged.
