Outstanding article on personas...

[Jonathan Hung]

That's a great article. I really like how it's written - short, to the
point, and illustrates the motivations well.

Now that I've read it, I'm eagerly awaiting the personas. It'd be
interesting to "meet" the people we are designing and developing for.
