UI Element Stencils from Yahoo

The Yahoo Developer Network has released a set of templates/stencils  
for use in UI design work. They have versions available in Visio,  
OmniGraffle, PDF, PNG and SVG formats.

This is a really nice stencil set whether you're using Yahoo
