Technically, it's really easy to set you up with the Uploader working  
in both modes--with the OS dialog popping up by default and not.

I don't think it would be too hard to set up a third version where the  
OS dialog appears by default but the DHTML dialog below it doesn't  
appear until the first dialog is dismissed.
