FLUID-1033 patch

Hi everyone,

Since Justin's testing didn't show any issues and no one had a problem  
with the patch, I've committed it. I also committed a very minor  
change to the Uploader test file which makes the tests pass - a  
javascript file that the Uploader depends on wasn't being imported.
