Scheduling our regular UX team iteration plan meetings

We do our iteration plan on the morning of the first day of the  
iteration. This allows us to take stock of the previous iteration.  
Did anything not get finished? Has direction changed and are some  
tasks irrelevant? That way when we are planning we have a clear  
understanding of where we are and what our current short terms goals  
are.
