New Wiki Space for Contextual Inquiry Data

I would suggest putting them in text files, as wikis inherently  
invite editing. Files in confluence are harder to edit and I don't  
think we want folks (even those on our team) editing our notes. Plus  
many people had difficulty entering notes into the template for the  
UX walk-throughs, so it might be easier to have Word docs (or .rtf  
files for those who prefer them).
