Scheduling our regular UX team iteration plan meetings

Hi Mike
I'll take a stab at this.

Daily standups - 11:45am EST / 8:45am PST
Sakai Design Group - Wednesdays 5pm EST/ 2pm PST

bi-weekly UX Design Planning (Iteration planning) - trying to find a  
day for - discussion on this email thread

UX Walk-through Meetings - currently not happening

That's all the regularly scheduled meetings I attend.  I think it's  
maybe confusing because we did have design meetings last fall on  
Tuesdays.  We're trying to get down to one meeting every 2 weeks to  
plan our two week design iterations.
