But there was another meeting that was being moved - what was that one?
(Was it just Berkeley?)

Hi Kathy/Mike

Tomorrow's meeting is from 12-1pm EST/ 9-10am PST. It's to finish the
iteration planning. Colin set up a web site where we are posting our
tasks for this 2 week iteration.

eam+Iteration+Plan

I agree that we should return to updating the Meetings page in Fluid,
maybe selecting a standard meeting time if possible. What do others
think?

thanks

Barbara

I second Mike's request for fresh postings on the Fluid meeting page. I

listened in on today's meeting but can't tell whether there's a UX

meeting tomorrow that it might make sense for me to attend (the one that

was being moved?)

Hi Everyone--

I wasn't able to attend today's meeting. Is this going to become the

regular time? Or should I put Monday on my calendar. There doesn't seem

to be anything on the Fluid meeting page....

Also, since this is the first time we're doing
an iteration plan

like

be perfect. Just take

a

smaller tasks that

iterations. Michelle will be

				Hi everyone,

I'd like to schedule a UX team iteration
planning meeting for early

next week. Now that we've got a solid
release plan put together for

our UX deliverables, it's time to start
breaking the work up into

smaller chunks, signing up for tasks,
and tracking our overall

				progress.

Unless anyone has another idea in mind,
I'd like to start with two-

week planning iterations. That way we'll
be able to assess our

progress and refine our priorities on a
regular basis, without

adding a lot of extra overhead for
meetings. We do have the

				GreenHopper JIRA plugin installed now,
and will be moving our

planning work over to it soon, but in
the meantime let's continue

				with CardMeeting.

So before the meeting, it would be very
helpful if each of the UX

team coordinators can take a look at
the release plan cards for

0.3

in CardMeeting, and to start breaking
those deliverables down into

smaller 1-5 day tasks or "stories."

Does 2 pm EST/11 am PST on Monday work
for you? We'll meet via

Breeze.
