The development community wanted a separate field, rather than using the
combination, in the hopes it would better enable them to track certain
things. It's not working out that well, however, so we'll be
re-visiting that decision once we have 2.5 wrapped up. (There's a lot
in Jira itself that depends on the assumption that you are using the
combo to track progress that get's broken, its not just add-ons like
Green Hopper, which is something we didn't realize at the time.)
