Infusing documentation with "Infusion"

Since we're making a big push on documentation currently, I would like
to bring up the opportunity for us to use more of the "Infusion" name.
I've noticed that our website, example code on the wiki, and download
pages refer to "Fluid 0.6" in referencing the release package.

For example, on the List Reorderer Tutorial page:

"In the header of the file, link to the Javascript files with <script> tags:

<script type="text/javascript"
src="fluid-0.6/fluid-components/js/Fluid-all.js"></script>"

In situations like this, I think we should be using "infusion-0.6".

Thoughts?
