VULab Database Schema

Hey Guys/Girls/People Around the Usable World,

Along with the change to VULab that come with this new Framework I'm  
re-factoring the database. The issue for it is here:

If anyone has time could you please take a look and let me know what  
you think.

Feel free to ask questions about how I envision VULab functionality or  
what specific fields mean. I tried to label everything in a intuitive  
manor.
