Date Picker Show & Tell Part 2

Hi all,

Thanks to the folks on the design team call today who gave us feedback  
on the time picker. It seems the interactive prototype (which Jacob is  
still working on) of the "rolling" version (#1, below) has been more  
impressive for people, so I posted the current version of it here: http://ets-dev.berkeley.edu:8901/trunk/html/timepicker.html 
  for folks to play with.
