Iteration 8 Planning (4/30 - 5/13)

Hi all,

I worked on this iteration's plan yesterday.  The focus is on  
completing tasks for the 0.3 release and planning for 0.4.  I think we  
are in pretty good shape.  As you'll see in the spreadsheet, I left  
Erin some open time for open collection tasks I don't know about.   
Allison, you are over by about 1 1/4 days.  When you get a chance take  
a look and see if there's something that can be moved to next  
iteration.  The rest of us have our tasks pretty well matched to the  
time we have available in this iteration (I didn't include any  
availability for you while at the conference obviously).

I think I pinged most of you about the tasks but just let me know if  
there's anything that doesn't make sense.

Hope you're all having fun and learning and sharing lots at the
