Draft description of Fluid Infusion

Hi Anastasia--

Our disability resources team told me about a free screen reader tool 
they recommend as an alternative to testing with JAWS. I'll be including 
it as part of a revised accessibility testing procedure I'm developing 
for MSU. When I've put it together I'll send it around for comment as a 
replacement for the earlier one I put in the wiki.
