First Componentized Uploader

I've checked in my code for the first pass of the uploader into the  
trunk. Let me know if this was the wrong place to put it.

I'd say that this is the alpha version.

There is still a lot to do to polish it. Right now the sample files  
are configured to tell the component to fake the upload since we don't  
have a server component to build against.
