JIRA problems (was Wiki not editable (temporarily))

Fluid's JIRA bug tracker is also hosted on the same machine, and I've  
observed some minor strangeness that might be associated. I'm able to  
edit issues, but the searching doesn't necessarily pick up the changes.

Again, we're on it, and we'll let you know as soon as the issue is  
resolved.
