Passing the uCamp torch

Hi everyone,
As you've probably heard, there has been some flux in our Fluid design
team here in Toronto recently. Babara Glover, our uCamp organizer,
recently moved to Australia. Shaw-Han Liem, another exceptional
designer here, is leaving soon to pursue a once-in-a-lifetime
opportunity to design a video game for the Playstation 3.
We're working hard to focus the remaining team on Fluid's core mission
while we get through the hiring process for new designers. As we
embark on our second year as a project, our primary goal is to produce
great quality user interface components. Unfortunately this means that
Fluid won't have the resources to lead a uCamp at the upcoming Sakai
Paris conference.
We'd be happy to lend a hand to anyone else who might be interested in
taking over coordination of the next uCamp. For more information,
check out my latest post to the Fluid blog:

I hope this isn't news isn't too disappointing for those of you
planning to attend the Paris conference.
Best,
Colin
