JS build systems and maven

Ian,

Here's a link to the Wiki page documenting the Ant build script. It's
intended more for a user who is looking to build Fluid components using the
script, rather than creating a script from scratch.

Also linked on the wiki page are links to other resources we referenced to
create our ant script.

Please don't hesitate to suggest corrections or ask for clarification... I'm
currently on cold medication so I'm pretty sure there are places where the
documentation can be improved. ;-)
